Lucien Isidor is a Paris-based accessories designer at Balmain, where he has worked within the house’s design team under the creative direction of Olivier Rousteing.
Working within one of Paris’s leading luxury fashion houses, Lucien brings firsthand insight into the creative and development process behind luxury accessories, from initial concept and design through to the demands of working within a global fashion house.

As a mentor, Lucien can offer emerging fashion and accessories designers guidance on developing a strong portfolio, refining their creative identity, approaching accessories and jewelry design, understanding the realities of working within a luxury fashion house, and navigating the transition from fashion school into the professional industry.

How does payment work?
Your card is authorised at checkout but not charged until the mentor confirms your session. If they decline or don't respond, the hold is released automatically and you're never billed.
When will my session be confirmed?
Mentors typically confirm within 24–48 hours. You'll receive an email the moment your booking is approved, along with the session link or location details.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
You can cancel or reschedule from your bookings dashboard up to 24 hours before a session. You aren't charged until your mentor accepts your first session. After that, a cancelled session goes back to your order to book again. There are no automatic refunds; for credit, reach out to support@talented.nyc.
How do sessions take place?
Sessions are either video (via Zoom) or in-person, depending on the mentor's availability settings. The format is shown when you select a time slot.
Is my information secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe — TalentED never stores your card details. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
What do I get after the session?
Every session includes a personalised summary and clear next steps sent to your email within 48 hours of the session completing.
