About Baptiste

Baptiste Renoux is a Paris-based contemporary art professional at Galerie Allen, where he works closely with artists, collectors, exhibitions, and the international art market. With a background in art history from Sorbonne Université, Baptiste brings a deep understanding of both the creative and commercial sides of building a career in contemporary art.

Working within one of Paris’s respected contemporary galleries has given him firsthand insight into how artists develop sustainable careers, navigate galleries and exhibitions, and position their work within today’s global art world.

Through exclusive 1-on-1 sessions on TalentED, Baptiste offers practical guidance to emerging artists and creatives looking to better understand the contemporary art industry, receive professional feedback, and make more informed decisions about their creative careers.

How does payment work?
Your card is authorised at checkout but not charged until the mentor confirms your session. If they decline or don't respond, the hold is released automatically and you're never billed.
When will my session be confirmed?
Mentors typically confirm within 24–48 hours. You'll receive an email the moment your booking is approved, along with the session link or location details.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
You can cancel or reschedule from your bookings dashboard. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the session receive a full refund. Within 24 hours, please reach out to support@talented.nyc.
How do sessions take place?
Sessions are either video (via Zoom) or in-person, depending on the mentor's availability settings. The format is shown when you select a time slot.
Is my information secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe — TalentED never stores your card details. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
What do I get after the session?
Every session includes a personalised summary and clear next steps sent to your email within 48 hours of the session completing.
